About the Role

根据公司业务发展目标，制定致成长教育机构网络拓展规划，搭建完善教育机构体系资源平台，为渠道和客户提供多元化的教育相关服务与资源，以满足不同目标客群的需求。统筹维护与教育机构的战略合作关系，探索挖掘合作创新及资源，组织推动教育相关主题活动的落地，助力业绩的达成。

岗位职责：

1、基于公司战略，制定致成长教育机构网络拓展规划，确保教育机构网络的建设与业务需求有效衔接；

2、建设完善教育机构体系资源平台，在全国范围内拓展高品质第三方教育服务机构，以满足多元化客户需求；

3、深入研究教育行业发展趋势，发现潜在业务机会，探索致成长服务的创新模式并推动落地；

4、统筹监控教育服务机构服务案件的品质，按照公司的规范和流程，与机构保持沟通与反馈，持续提升机构服务质量；

5、统筹管理和维护与教育服务机构的合作关系，确保合作顺利推进与落地；同时，根据业务发展目标，挖掘新的合作机会和稀缺教育资源，赋能渠道客户活动经营平台；

6、定期追踪教育机构服务的使用数据，分析洞察服务使用趋势，及时发现潜在问题和机会，提升资源的使用效率；

7、统筹教育主题客户活动和品牌项目的内容策划、嘉宾拓展和活动的组织与落地；

8、与渠道深入沟通，在充分理解业务的基础上，积极推介和链接教育机构服务资源，促进致成长服务的有效利用。

任职要求：

1、大学本科学历或以上，有海外留学经验者优先；

2、至少8年对外沟通合作岗相关经验，其中5年以上国际教育领域合作渠道拓展等相关经验，有丰富的教育类合作机构资源；

3、具有较强的项目策划和宣推能力，具有业务敏锐度和创新思维；

4、优秀的内外部人际沟通能力、问题解决能力及团队合作精神，具有一定的抗压性；

5、具有大型企业工作经验者为优；

6、优秀的中英文书面和口语能力，精通PPT。
