About the Role

岗位职责：

1、根据团险项目，负责团险业务需求分析，撰写业务需求文档；

2、熟悉团险生产业务情况，定期整理全国团险业务问题及优化需求，提交需求文档，跟踪功能上线进度；

3、参与需求上线前的用户验收， 为业务用户提供上线前系统培训，并负责解答培训中的各种问题；

4、负责总、分公司生产问题的解答，包括生产运维的缺陷分析和提供有效的解决方案，并协调管理修复方案的上线安排；

5、针对开发人员进行需求讲解， 对开发人员的设计方案提供业务支持， 协助IT对业务需求进行理解并提供需求意见。

任职要求：

1、大学本科或以上学历，理工科或保险金融背景优先；

2、5年以上保险行业工作经验，3年以上需求分析经验优先，熟悉保险产品、流程；

3、具备良好的沟通协调能力和人员培训、管理技能，熟悉系统开发流程，熟练SQL、MS-Office软件；

4、流利的中英文书面沟通能力，善于多任务工作；

5、有较强的学习能力，熟悉需求分析工作及流程，可以贴近一线业务需求。
