Job Description:

We are looking for our new Performance & Improvement Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and help us develop actionable, data-driven insights and solve business problems, using various quantitative tools and core project management skills. The candidate will challenge the status quo as well as be resolutely determined to ensure operational excellence by speeding implementation across the organization to make a difference in terms of performance perceived by customers. 

This role, based in Satair Beijing and reports to the Head of Performance Management (ASXAP) and requires continuous cross-functional collaboration with our Operations functions, Sales, Product Management, Finance, HR, and IT Teams from all our sites in the world. This position is rated (B6).

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
