About the Role

工作职责 :

• 协助建立符合监管规定、集团标准和ERM要求的资金运用相关的市场风险、信用风险和流动性风险管理和控制制度、流程以及操作规范；
• 监管 规定中资金运用相关的市场风险、信用风险和流动性风险控制的测量、监控、预警和报告等相关规定和操作流程得到有效执行；
• 履行投资风险监测与分析体系，覆盖投资风险各子风险及资产类型；建立并落实完整有效的投资风险监测、预警、控制、报告流程；
• 参与偿二代最低资本和资产负债管理中资金运用相关的监管报告，并确保报告准确、完整和及时；
• 加强对专业量化风险管理方法与工具的使用，落实VaR、压力测试、情景分析、风险归因等方法的使用，提升风险管理专业能力

基本要求

• 至少3-5年保险资金运用投资风险管理和控制相关工作经验；
• 熟悉保险资金运用监管规定和要求，包括不限于偿二代、SARMRA、资产负债管理登；
• 具有一定的数据处理能力；
• 金融及相关硕士以上；
• 善于团队合作
