Job Description

Job title: HR Administration Specialist (For India)Your role:• Provides routine and administrative services related to in-scope processes, such as personnel and payroll data, benefits administration, and talent administration, including executing mass transaction updates and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Engages in all aspects of People Solutions & Digitization processes, acquiring job skills and learning company policies and procedures to efficiently complete routine administrative tasks and fulfill various basic administrative duties.

• Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and addresses potential process improvement solutions where applicable, to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.

• Aids in ensuring that escalated inquiries are answered and transactional activities are processed in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of customer service and responsiveness.

• Helps to perform standard master data changes, including updates to employee status, cost center changes, and pay adjustments, in line with compliance, data privacy, and service level requirements to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

• Supports in LEAN process improvement activities, responds to external and internal requests for information, supports the delivery of reports within scope, files employee-related documentation, and maintains employee files and records.

• Offers administrative assistance to senior specialists and leaders, tracking system enhancements/updates, and investigating operational issues stemming from agents, ensuring resolution through phone or email communication.

• Supports in maintaining the database, handling office files, scheduling appointments, arrange meeting rooms, managing supply requests, and maintaining confidential work and records of proprietary information.

• Computer literacy

• Fulfills a various number of basic administrative tasks.

• Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures
