Essential Job Functions:• Assist in data analysis and support HR initiatives, offering insights and recommendations.• Provide administrative support to HR teams on various projects and tasks.• Help maintain HR records and documentation.• Support HR reporting and data management.• Collaborate with HR colleagues on specific support tasks.• Assist in basic employee relations tasks.• Participate in HR training and development activities.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience• Proven experience in HR data analysis and support• Proficiency in data management and reporting• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills• Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy• Effective communication and collaboration abilities• A dedication to ongoing learning and staying updated with industry trendsOther Qualifications:• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus• Additional relevant certifications or coursework are a plus
