About the Role

负责日常保全咨询业务及保单行政工作，协助主管确保为客户和各渠道及一线团队提供优质的保单服务及培训支持，根据反洗钱监管要求和友邦反洗钱政策，识别、评估和监控本条线的反洗钱风险（客户尽职调查、可疑交易审查、姓名筛选等），确保操作符合友邦标准操作规则。

岗位职责：

协助制定及维护部门准则及服务标准，并确保符合中国区保全相关规则依据工作标准流程，处理内部照会及其他保全业务。
在日常工作中不断发觉并提出对于保全规则、流程的改进建议。
为公司各渠道、营销员及其他相关部门提供保全咨询及服务支持对内、外勤提供必要的辅导、培训并准备相关培训资料。
处理来自客户或营销员的复杂及投诉案件。
定期进行保全相关业务和指标的统计分析，对团队建设及作业流程提出有效的优化建议。
根据反洗钱监管要求和友邦反洗钱政策，识别、评估和监控本条线的反洗钱风险（客户尽职调查、可疑交易审查、姓名筛选等）按要求完成监管、合规等相关工作为了满足业务需求，其他主管分配的临时性任务。

岗位要求：

大学本科学历具有3年以上客户服务相关经验。
具有保险及大型外企经验者优先。
良好的沟通协调能力具有前瞻性，客户为导向并具有较强的解决问题能力。
熟悉保全业务的运营。
