About the Role

岗位职责：

• 根据集团和中国区战略方向，协助团险战略与培训负责人制定团险业务战略规划和年度经营目标，撰写对内对外重要战略规划报告和重要会议报告，支持团险战略规划的传达和贯彻；
• 根据团险战略规划，协助团险战略与培训负责人追踪战略计划和重点项目的执行情况；
• 根据年初制定的经营目标，协助团险战略与培训负责人开展团险业务经营分析，通过与分公司沟通、准确统计和分析业务数据、完成经营分析报告等方法，协助推动达成经营目标；
• 协助团险战略与培训负责人搭建团险部一线内勤团队标杆案例分享交流平台，支持团险一线内勤的发展与提升；
• 完成主管交办的其它工作。

岗位要求：

• 大学本科及以上学历，金融、管理类专业优先；
• 3-4年咨询公司工作经验，有寿险工作经验者优先；
• 擅长中英文PPT 报告，能结构化思考并输出清晰的分析报告；
• 具备项目管理与追踪经验；
• 学习能力强，具备较强的团队沟通与协作能力，责任心强，工作主动性高。
