Job Description:
The job holder is responsible for Fuselage Equipping (FET) production planning and its updates, as well as monitoring daily production and KPI updates, in accordance with the Airbus program and objectives.
Education:
● English negotiation level
● German and/or French are a plus
Experience:
● Deep understanding of production environment, production governances and processes
● Proven track record of planning skills
● Experience in Airbus Operating System Environment
● Excellent facilitation skills to foster changes and motivate teams
● Agile Mindset with ability to structure and organize
● Logical and analytical understanding of process flows is one of your strengths
● Affinity for numbers and have very good knowledge of performance management
● Open-mindedness, creativity and customer orientation
● Strong communication skills on all working levels
● Team player with willingness to share and learn with and from the group.
