Job Description:

A.Accountabilities

The job holder is responsible for Fuselage Equipping (FET) production planning and its updates, as well as monitoring daily production and KPI updates, in accordance with the Airbus program and objectives.

B.Main activities

• Implement the E2E tactical planning for FET
• Support the development of the local AOS Master Production Scheduling routine
• Run and lead the tactical planning and feasible production schedule scenarios for FET
• Contribute to the new MPS routines including all needed driver and inputs
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to develop the E2E view of production related drivers (such as customer need dates, production status)
• Facilitate the planning IT tools and ensure proper planning cascade
• Short term planning and the impact on Industrial System
• Continuous improvement and optimization in planning and MPS activities
• Performance KIPs management
• Local production planning follow-up according to central planning updates
• MCR (PPC meeting) coordination
• Support for ACM
• Service provider performance monitoring

C.Input

• Qualifications

Education:

• Education: 3-year level or above degree in Engineering or a related discipline

●       English negotiation level

●       German and/or French are a plus

Experience:

●       Deep understanding of production environment, production governances and processes

●       Proven track record of planning skills

●       Experience in Airbus Operating System Environment

• Ability

●       Excellent facilitation skills to foster changes and motivate teams

●       Agile Mindset with ability to structure and organize

●       Logical and analytical understanding of process flows is one of your strengths

●       Affinity for numbers and have very good knowledge of performance management

●       Open-mindedness, creativity and customer orientation

●       Strong communication skills on all working levels

●       Team player with willingness to share and learn with and from the group.
