We are seeking an innovative and results-oriented digital enabler to execute Swift’s digital strategy and architect cutting-edge business solutions for Swift community across the North Asia.
As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining customer requirements and translating them into innovative solutions using technology. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on how to improve their business processes through technology. Your role will involve designing and implementing cutting-edge solutions that meet customer demands while ensuring cost efficiency and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Demonstrations and Value Proposition: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value of Swift technology solutions, highlighting their advantages over alternatives. Present Swift’s solutions roadmaps during customer engagements, closely collaborating with the AM team. Provide information to support decision-making and represent Swift’s products and technology solutions at customer events.
- Customer Engagement and Needs Assessment: Meet with customers to understand their detailed needs and requirements. Prepare tailored solutions and collaborate with senior team members to recommend best practice solutions for driving adoption and usage. Continuously enhance knowledge of architecture/design technologies, integration strategies, and emerging industry trends. Offer expertise on resiliency, security, and overcome technical objections.
- Solution Design and Technology Alignment: Translate business requirements into technology solutions, ensuring collaboration with key client relationship stakeholders. Analyze system factors, such as input/output requirements, information flow, technical specifications, and resource needs, to select the most suitable Swift products and services to architect the optimal customer solution.
- Relationship Building and Escalation Management: Develop and nurture working relationships with customer management. Analyze and address customer escalated problems, proposing effective solutions to resolve issues.
- Representation and Knowledge Sharing: Represent Swift at user groups, seminars, and workshops, engaging with customers and industry professionals. Support regional teams in defining processes, transferring knowledge about the Swift platform and Swift solutions, and contributing to team objectives.
- Industry Expertise and Technology Trends: As a technology expert, stay updated on the latest industry technologies and trends. Actively analyze and understand emerging directions in the market to anticipate future needs and integrate innovative solutions into Swift’s offering.
- Internal Stakeholder Communication and Project Advancement: Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders to advance key and critical projects. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive project milestones and ensure alignment with company-wide goals, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience, a technical role with a strong focus on implementing technology solutions.
- Proven track record of working with enterprise-level customers in a technology consulting or solutions design capacity, preferably within the financial services or payment solutions industry.
- Familiarity with emerging industry trends and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, understand their business needs, and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with others.
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
