About the Role

岗位职责：

ESG/绿色金融相关的报告

• 负责统筹各职能部门，有效完成集团ESG报告的收集、评估和审批工作；

• 牵头完成绿色金融相关的监管报告；

• 为公司内部各类报告中，涉及绿色金融的部分，提供有力支持

​ESG/绿色金融相关的政策研究和风险内控工作

• 负责绿色金融相关的监管报告和政策差异分析及落实；信息披露相关政策要求的分析与能力搭建；（监管的要求，会比较临时）

• 参与集团关于SBTi目标达成的相关研讨和推动；

• 根据公司绿色金融发展规划，完成市场和行业调研；

• 完成公司关于ESG/绿色金融相关的内控和风险管理工作

ESG数据体系搭建与管理

• 搭建ESG/绿色金融战略量化指标体系；

• 持续跟踪量化指标，并持续提升数据的管理和跟踪机制

行业交流及其他

• 牵头识别、申报外部奖项；

• 提升公司与外部行业组织的交流沟通.

最低要求：

• 学历：本科及以上

• 专业：保险类、金融类、经济类等相关专业，有相关工作经验者可适当放宽

• 工作经验：3-5年及以上相关经验，熟悉ESG 以及绿色金融工作的组织开展

• 个人素质：具有较强的学习能力，沟通协调能力， 中英文听说读写能力。
