2025 Campus Purchasing Senior Analyst

Working in an environment that’s as complex as it is critical, our Buyer team within Materials and Procurement manages a group of indirect categories, such as real estate, marketing material, supplies or software. We use our in-depth knowledge and experience to develop strategic relationships with external suppliers as well as with key stakeholders. Our role also includes leading contract negotiations, managing risk, driving cost-saving initiatives and implementing strategic sourcing best practices.

What you’ll achieve

You will be responsible for ensuring continuous of supply. You will work with suppliers, planner, global supply chain, Logistic, Finance, Manufacture, Quality team on day to day operation and project-based process enhancement.

You will:

Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
Responsible for supply chain management for integrated assemblies.
Maintains accuracy of procurement database, and material return to suppliers on a timely basis.
Make sure continuity of supply to global manufacturing centers.
Evaluate supplier's performance (price, on-time delivery, quality), and prepare feedback. Develop and administer improvement programs.

Essential Requirements

Fresh Graduate or will graduate between 2024.6 and 2025.7
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
Willing to work in a global environment, flexible working hour as deal with people in different time zone. Understand culture difference
Demonstrated innovative thinking

Desirable Requirements

Data skill, python, SQL, VBA, Power BI etc
