Job title:Assistant Sales Manager, JD POPYour role:

• 与京东/POP平台建立并保持良好客情关系，获取平台的最大资源
• 根据公司下达的年度、月度销售（Sell IN/OUT）目标，分解到产品以及型号并制定相应的市场活动计划，推进和确保销售目标的完成
• 渠道经销商的管理，包含进销存管理，日常运营管理
• 渠道销售费用的管理，负责实现目标的前提下，合规的使用及调配费用预算
• 系统分析和报告销售结果、预期、市场、竞争和趋势，提出改进建议

You're the right fit if:

• 大学本科以上，良好中英文读写及沟通能力
• 熟悉电商环境，了解京东POP平台运营规则、营销及推广手段
• 3年以上经销商管理经验，具有数据分析整合能力，良好的沟通能力
• 良好的团队合作意识、强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度
