About the Role

主要职责：

1. 开展基础管理、业务分析、指标与方案追踪，完成内外部业绩报表统计制作与业务分析报告发布；

2. 负责银保业务人员(渠道支持人员)管理工作，包括协助人员招募入离职流程、基本法考核，绩效、薪资核定计算及发放 ；

3. 负责渠道费用管理，银行协议管理及手续费支付，完成时点存款、资本保证金等各类存款的申请与办理等，编制VEA使用报表，分析费用使用情况；

4. 支持推进与合作银行的系统对接工作，协助业务人员(渠道支持人员)顺利完成出单流程 ；

5. 根据分公司运营制度及流程，完成保单运营各个环节的支援工作，尤其在保单核保、单证管理环节的支持 ；

6. 根据公司和部门要求，完成定期和临时的各项内外部系统和运营相关报告 ；

7. 落实所属机构银保业务合规风控管理工作，包括渠道经营风险识别与整改推进，渠道风控检查与报告等 ；

8. 执行主管安排的其他任务。

任职基本要求：

1. 大学本科以上学历 ；

2. 2年以上工作经验，有大型寿险公司银保管理工作经验或财务背景的优先；对银行保险销售周期有深入了解者优先 ；

3. 沟通协调能力强，逻辑思维、表达能力佳，且具备团队合作精神 ；

4. 认真负责，工作细致、抗压力好。
