ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop patient affordability solution integrate strategies based on deep data analysis and customer insights.
• Leading by MA, to develop projects together with compliance, legal, etc, including facilitating risk assessment and LT endorsement for new CHI programs, reviewing and selecting proposals proper for the programs.
• Follow approval process to prepare & submit kinds of materials to get approval
• Execute the projects together with internal & external stakeholders to ensure its progress & impact on-track. Confirm vendor payments and program completion together with Finance.
• Monitor risk within the full process, including set up control mechanism in project design phase, as well as implement remiation plan for subsequent risk identified from execution/monitor/audit
• Support all TA to design CHI operating risk management process on BU side.
• Other tasks based on business requirements

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in independently developing, executing, and measuring complex marketing programs to deliver breakthrough.
• Proven track record of identifying customer needs, extracting key insights, and translating these into meaningful value propositions, and tactics to facilitate stakeholder & customer commitments.
• Effectively implement strategies with internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to proactively lead the thinking - connect, communicate, and lead by influence.
• Courage to initiate, create, and bring ambiguity into action.
• Demonstrated strong commitment to integrity & compliance.
• Active listening and empathy.
• 5-8 years commercial experience in healthcare industry. Experience in commercial healthcare insurance fields (e.g., TPA, insurance company, etc.). Experience in AI area is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Advance degree preferred, background in commercial, pharmaceutical or health care industry is preferred.
