Job Description: 

Assist in the development and maintenance of the Linux operating system kernel.Contribute to the development, debugging, and optimization of device drivers for various hardware platforms.Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new features and improvements in the Linux kernel.Participate in code reviews and testing processes to ensure high-quality and reliable software.Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies and their potential integration into our projects.Document code and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future development efforts.

Qualifications:

Education Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Linux Kernel Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Linux kernel architecture, including process management, memory management, file systems, and device drivers. Understanding of kernel internals and the ability to modify and optimize kernel code. Programming Proficiency: Strong programming skills in C and possibly assembly language. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash for automation and scripting tasks. Device Driver Development: Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining device drivers for various hardware devices. Understanding of hardware interfaces and communication protocols. Debugging and Optimization: Proficiency in using debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve kernel and driver issues. Ability to optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex problems. System Integration: Experience in integrating different components and subsystems within the Linux operating system. Knowledge of hardware-software interactions and the ability to work with hardware engineers.
