About the Role

岗位职责：

• 落实业务发展战略和规划, 达成各项关键考核指标；
• 指导各类营销员活动，如创业说明会、客户答谢会、产品大讲堂等，推动业务发展；
• 督促推动并执行各类业务发展活动，如业务竞赛、业务加油站、增员项目等；
• 推动、追踪新人留存和主管晋升及组织相关活动的实施；
• 为业务培训提供完善的支持，协助培训活动、课程、项目的顺利执行实施。

岗位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，至少7年业务发展督导、人力发展、培训、企划或一线业务管理工作经验，其中1-3年团队管理经验；
• 具备丰富的保险专业知识（如产品、基本法、营运规则等），以及个险渠道基础管理能力；
• 有新市场开拓经验优先；
• 能够接受异地轮岗和工作。
