Join our Sales (Global China & Hong Kong), Razer Gold team as a Sales Operation Intern to support operations, resellers, and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong passion for the gaming or e-commerce sectors, offering hands-on experience with settlement processes, CRM, and KYC documentation. Candidates should be enrolled in a degree program related to E-commerce, Business Management, or similar fields.
Job description:
The sales operation intern will own the settlement, CRM, strategic management and execution of Razer Gold sales operation to cater to external partners‘ demands. Day-to-day duties include:
Reseller Support:
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing distributors/resellers.
- Support in gathering and consolidating reseller feedback for internal reporting.
Operational Support:
- Assist in KYC data collection and initial document preparation for agreements.
- Help with monthly reseller settlement processes and ensure timely task execution.
Sales Operations:
- Support pricing updates/adjustments and contribute to sales strategy execution for third-party partners.
- Assist in tracking and reporting sales performance metrics.
Sales marketing Assistance:
- Learn and assist with backend system operations for marketing promotion.
- Provide support for online and offline marketing campaigns.
Reward Management:
- Help manage the reward redemption process and ensure a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Background Requirements
- Strong interest in the gaming industry or online service operations, Preferably with a background in E-commerce or Management.
- Language Skills
- Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent written communication skills in both Simplified and Traditional Chinese.
- Strong English writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams in English on a regular basis.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI.
- Soft Skills
- Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about mobile and PC gaming.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with business partners, management, and team members.
- Highly proactive and capable of independently completing tasks efficiently.
- Global Collaboration Skills
- Comfortable working across time zones and cultures.
- Regular communication with global teams in English is required.
