Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Book manual expense entries for employees’ reimbursements and suppliers’ payments.
Check invoices and details received, contact procurement team or vendor to solve invoice issue.
Make Invoice Receipt entry booking, arrange AP payments according to payment term appointed in PO
Review advance items ,avoid double payments and follow settlement invoice
Push Goods Receipt after invoice received
Do bank reconciliation for all bank accounts and financial products, ensure high quality monthly closing.
Continuously process SAP AP module harmonization.

Qualifications / Requirements:

More than 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing company.
Good knowledge with Chinese accounting regulations
Bachelor degree
Accounting certification is mandatory.

Good communication skills
Careful
Have SAP experience
Good English
