Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communications on Xiaohongshu of Raze to grow the engagement and size exponentially. This includes replying to our fans, content moderation, and enforcing of community house rules.
- Stay ahead of internet trends, think creatively, and produce engaging content that resonates with users, effectively leveraging Xiaohongshu platform dynamics.
- Coordinate with internal marketing/product teams to develop and execute a social media and community strategy, which include content/campaign planning and creation.- Manage an up-to-date calendar of social content with regular stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery
- Track and analyze platform-specific metrics to refine marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Identify and collaborate with key influencers and partners to amplify reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree relevant discipline such as Communications, Marketing, Digital Media or PR, or equivalent practical experience
- 2 years of experience with a direct-to-consumer brand, preferably on Xiaohongshu, BiliBili or other e-commerce environments.
- Have a good eye for creative content, and the ability to spot emerging social trends and identify gaming/pop-cultural references.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results.
