About the Role
在反欺诈方面达到监管要求+理赔、运营规则培训、调查等方面的支持岗位职责:1、承接总部反渗透、反欺诈管理策略,统筹管理分公司反渗透与反欺诈工作,收集分公司所辖范围内的反欺诈信息及案例,撰写相关分析报告,提出改进建议2、向营销员及客户解释说明理赔专业结论,处理理赔纠纷协谈,通融理赔的跟进3、 指导渠道/客户照会理赔问题件处理,提供专业咨询和疑难解答(营服/客服柜台处理咨询)4、在总部督导下协助理赔案件调查处理、理赔诉讼支持 ,提供反欺诈/理赔专业培训任职要求:1、 本科及以上学历。2、2年以上工作经验,保险、经济、法律等相关专业优先考虑。3、认同公司文化。4、具有团队合作精神,责任心强,工作积极主动,性格开朗,为人随和。5、良好的沟通能力,清晰的文字及语言表达能力。6、 具有创新思维,不断提出新服务举措。7、 较强的心理素质及自我心理调节能力,抗压能力强。
