How you will create an impact
According to the intermediary distribution related regulatory policies, to work with functions including Branches, Distributions, Claims, Internet Business Department, Compliance, etc. to ensure the policies are followed and internal controls are in place. The Head of Intermediary Management is responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and administrative aspects of intermediary relationships. This position will assist and support the head of Distribution Department to develop and execute distribution strategies and operational requirements, with focus on defining and implementing strategies for managing intermediary and sales channels to align with the company’s distribution goals.
Intermediary Management and Compliance (50%)
Assist Distribution Management Head on Sales Culture Building and Distribution Strategy (30%)
Business Analyst and Support (20%)
