  • Manage the contractual consequences of delivery delays (ED/NED), working closely with the GAM team to minimize Airbus’s exposure.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable contractual terms and conditions, particularly concerning price calculations and credit management.

  • Adhere to established delivery processes and procedures, ensuring compliance.

  • Proactively report on delivery status and any emerging issues, and maintain accurate records in relevant Sales Contracts Management IT tools.

Export Control & Compliance (E&C):

  • Closely monitor any credit arrangements requiring specific E&C review, with a focus on minimizing cash credits to buyers.

  • Ensure all Know Your Customer (KYC) checks are completed before the signing of any transaction.

Miscellaneous Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the VP on special projects, which may include IT initiatives, commercial strategies, team development, presentations, drafting documents, and conducting research.

  • Contribute to the collection and maintenance of intelligence data on key competitors (Comac and Boeing) within the Chinese market.

  • Actively contribute to fostering a positive and supportive team environment, promoting individual and team well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).

  • Prior experience in sales operations, contract management, or the aerospace industry is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with CRM or other sales management tools is an advantage.

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn and work in a dynamic international environment.

  • Interest in the Chinese business culture and market.

What We Offer:

  • A unique opportunity to gain international work experience within Airbus China, a leading aerospace company.

  • Exposure to the dynamic and growing Chinese aviation market in Beijing.

  • Hands-on experience in sales operations, contract management, and delivery processes.

  • The chance to work within a multicultural and collaborative team in Beijing.
