You are responsible for
- Stakeholder engagement, ideation, architecture, road mapping, application lifecycle management (from project/change request execution of delivery, operations till decommission).
- E2E Accountability for Digital IT Domain.
- Participate in internal capability-building initiatives, Sourcing and Utilization Management.
- Reduction of critical incidents that lead to unplanned downtime of system or critical functionality.
- Support cost, quality and milestone adherence for all projects, programs & initiatives within the scope of the domain.
- Participate in creating roadmaps, responsible for design, development, testing, validation, delivery and run part of the platform in a DevOps Collaborative framework.
- Drives continuous improvement and ensures TCO at benchmark level.
- Managing total life cycle of the related applications including decommissioning.
- Supports the business with optimal use of the current IT tools.
- Swiftly transform to raise quality/excellence, simplify & standardize, enable solutions & new business models.
- Drive the standard processes in China underpin by adaptive IT landscape which requires local data and infrastructure to be self-propelled due to regulatory requirements and growth ambition.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Customer first enterprise mindset.
- Works on medium to small-sized projects/support of low to medium size platform.
- Engages/Collaborates with IT Architects, Business Process Experts, Solution Architects, Platform Analyst and DevOps team to deliver business value via IT solution/service as per the business requirement.
- Executes on the continuous improvement projects/initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor quality, progress and performance of programs and take all necessary corrective actions to ensure that all elements of the business information plans are being delivered.
- Monitor quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of IT services.
- Bachelor’s degree, or master's degree from a reputed college or University.
- SAFe Agile certified or Project Management Certified (Plus).
- Ability to deliver project and services using Agile and DevSecOps (Plus).
- Analysis of issue trends/patterns for platform improvement.
- Tactical supplier management and ensure contract accuracy.
- Normally receives instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Project/Program Management.
- Good Communications, Influencing and communication skills.
- Skilled in listening, persuading, influencing, and shaping understanding.
- Communicate win-win scenarios, surface disconnects and work to resolve problems.
- Can say “no” by offering meaningful alternatives.
