Together, we will craft the future of our AEM Sites customers!In collaboration with a larger distributed team of product and engineering experts, we build new AEM capabilities striving to deliver outstanding website performance, traffic acquisition, and user engagement for international customers.As a member of our team, you’ll lead and develop customer-facing SEO strategies for the non-English speaking market that transform manual operations into efficient and automated software. You speak multiple languages to validate trans-created content quickly and to connect with customers efficiently. 

What Will You Do

  • Discover traffic trends and conduct keyword analysis in the non-English-speaking SEO markets for AEM customers. Carry out comprehensive technical SEO audits and improve strategies to optimize crawl-ability, index-ability, and search rankings, demonstrating insights for future automation.
  • Learn which recommendations to establish from these trends. Understand the efficiency and impact of these recommendations against well-established critical metrics. Lead customer discussions, presenting clear recommendations that align with business goals, while staying up-to-date with industry-wide trends and innovations.
  • Turn your findings into solid hypotheses that will be meaningful at wider customer scale. Automate your hypotheses into self-learning software features with goal to improve website performance, SEO and user experience.
  • At any time, challenge your and our beliefs. Be ready to prototype, iterate fast upon feedback and data, throw away and restart as much as needed.

What you need to succeed

  • BTech/MS or similar in Computer Sciences, or shown achievements in technical SEO and web development. Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and Python for automation.
  • Strong multilingual skills are vital, including native-level English, German (B2 minimum), French (A2 minimum), plus two more languages.
  • Experience in A/B testing and analysing experiments and driving data-driven conclusions.
  • Led remote teams of engineers, marketers, and designers to drive critical initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO for non-English Search Engines, including crawl-ability, index-ability, schema markup, and page performance, with hands-on experience using SEO tools like Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  • Proven hands-on experience in implementing SEO as a key performance metric, with a track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative approach, growing in fast-paced environments.
