As a growth business for Deutsche Bank, we contribute towards building a more balanced, less capital intense and stable business model for the bank.The Junior Relationship Manager is a primary point of contact for clients to access the entire suite of wealth management capabilities and solutions offered by Deutsche Bank Wealth Management. This is achieved by working in close partnership with the Investment Manager in the day-to-day planning and servicing for the client. The individual is responsible for acquiring new clients - which are in line with the business proposition of the bank - and assets as well as grow existing business relationships, assuring a holistic and high-standard client experience.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized client experience.
Act as the primary contact for client complaints, utilizing effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
Drive business development by identifying and securing new clients and assets, while nurturing long-term relationships.
Collaborate with the Investment Manager and Institutional Wealth Partner to enhance client relationships and support business origination.
Provide daily advisory services to clients within regulatory frameworks, staying updated on market initiatives that impact clients.
Identify and address client lending and financing needs, coordinating with specialists to develop opportunities.
Perform ongoing market analysis to uncover potential client leads and business opportunities.
Serve as the Accountable Client Owner, ensuring timely and accurate KYC and AML compliance, and monitoring account behavior.
Manage client investments, ensuring suitability and appropriateness, and execute client orders with necessary checks.
Adhere to professional, legal, and ethical standards, observing all compliance regulations and managing reputational risks.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees required; advanced degrees (CFA, MBA, etc.) are a plus.
Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (both written and oral); additional languages are advantageous.
