Responsible for Daily Technical Operations including Application Management and Support for all Nasdaq provided services. This includes 24/7 Technical Operations and Application Support, managing Incidents for both internal and external customers, installing application updates and maintaining operational documentation and procedures.

What we offer

Operating our pioneering platforms, you will be responsible for handling incoming issues, solving incidents, and proactively improving our systems. Performance testing and recovery procedures are performed for different releases. There are many different exciting projects as well that you will be part of, enhancing and introducing new improvements, products, and entirely new platforms.

What you will do

  • Design, plan, and deploy changes to our existing systems for operational excellence, as well as implementing new solutions to enhance how we test, deploy, maintain, operate.
  • Maintain operational documentation needed for second line operation.
  • Lead projects and independently carry out our parts of large implementation projects.
  • Be part of all activities regarding our applications, such as the handling of incoming issues, incident solving, requirements and launching of new releases, enhancing the processes and automation.

What We Expect

  • Proven years of experience
  • A degree in Computer Science or Information systems
  • Experience from working with DevOps, System Administration, Network, Application Operations, or other related areas.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in AWS services and architecture in particular
  • Demonstrated Expertise in Linux/Unix.
  • Experience with Terraform.
  • Extensive working experience with Kubernetes (EKS/EKS-A)
  • Knowledge to design and create CI / CD pipelines, extensive experience in Git/GitLab
  • Proven knowledge of Scripting and Automation.
  • Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
  • The ability to learn Nasdaq own systems combined with a great work ethic
  • AWS certificates would be a Plus

This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (2 days a week in office), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
