We are seeking a Product Manager with deep expertise in regulatory reporting to drive the maintenance, enhancement, and expansion of our regulatory reporting product suite. This role requires a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in Canada and the United States, along with the ability to translate market needs into innovative product offerings that help financial institutions comply with evolving regulatory requirements.As a Regulatory Reporting Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies, identifying opportunities to expand our product footprint, and ensuring our solutions meet both client and regulatory expectations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including development, compliance, and sales - to enhance existing products, develop new solutions, and drive market adoption.

Regulatory Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements in Canada and the U.S. to maintain compliance-driven product offerings and identify new product opportunities.
Product Ownership & Innovation: Define and execute the product roadmap for our regulatory reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends, regulatory changes, and business objectives. Lead analytical, investigative, and experimental efforts to improve existing products and explore emerging technologies for regulatory reporting.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data, compliance, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development and ensure seamless implementation for clients.
Client Engagement: Engage with financial institutions to understand their reporting challenges, gather feedback, and refine product features accordingly.
Operational Excellence: Establish and monitor KPIs to measure product success, performance, and adoption. Regulatory Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry and regulatory developments, advising internal teams on potential impacts and opportunities.

Education Required: Degree qualified in Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. Is working towards or has graduated with a post graduate degree in a related discipline.
Experience Required: At least 8 years, Extensive experience in regulatory reporting within the financial services industry. Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory frameworks for Canada and United States.
Special Qualifications: CRCM, CFSA or other related Certification
