Ingenium Business Analyst

Overview:

Senior Business Analyst with experience in Ingenium, a leading policy administration system used in the insurance industry.
Responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and working closely with stakeholders.
This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge in life insurance, and experience with system implementation and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, document and analyze business and systems requirements.
- Translate business requirements into design specifications.

Stakeholder and Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with IT teams, developers, testers, and business users to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units.

Testing and Quality Assurance
- May be required to develop and execute test cases
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in defect resolution

Ingenium System Expertise:
- Assist in system implementation and upgrades would be a plus

Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life insurance industry
Strong knowledge of Ingenium
Proficiency in SQL, data analysis and reporting tools related to Ingenium
Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills
