Join our Global HR Employee Experience Design team as an HR System Analyst. In this role, you will report to the Director of Global Experience Solutions and be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR Technology including our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience Platform (LXP). You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and address HR technology needs and lead the development and implementation of innovative HR technology solutions.
You will be responsible for supporting our stakeholders across the organization by serving as a technical/functional analyst responsible for configuration and optimization of our HR Technology.
Because you are highly technical, process oriented and end-user focused, you’re able to identify problems or risks and develop forward thinking solutions that you can communicate with clients using visuals and language they can understand. You know when to challenge, when to ask for help or when to go above and beyond for success. You enjoy constantly learning and applying new advances in technology for the organization that exemplify and uphold our vision and strategy.

Salary range is expected to be between

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
