The Accident and Health division proudly provides a diversified array of group insurance solutions built around protecting people. Our clients include corporations of all sizes, non-profit organizations, trade unions, and associations. Our products are tailored specially for niche markets and include Basic and Voluntary AD&D, Critical Illness, Occupational Accident, Out of Province/Out of Country Medical and Business Travel Accident insurance.
Reporting to the Head of Accident & Health Canada, the incumbent leads the business development function including motivating a highly functioning and engaged distribution team. In a role that requires a “player/coach” attitude, the Director must mentor the team while also actively participate in getting results by being in front of prospective and current Brokers/Consultants and Clients.
