We're seeking a talented Enterprise Account Manager to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll focus on building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executive buyers in our largest accounts. EAMs develop sales strategies to increase Annual Contract Value (ACV) and work on contract renewals, upselling, and addressing churn risks. They collaborate with internal teams to execute strategies and ensure customer success. If you thrive on sales targets and building lasting relationships, the EAM role is ideal for you! 

What You'll Do: 

  • Develop and evaluate long-term sales strategies for key accounts 

  • Focus on increasing ACV over the current and next phase of the relationship 

  • Work on enterprise contract renewals and expand partnerships through upselling 

  • Maintain alignment with C-suite priorities and value realization within the application 

  • Identify potential churn risks and develop proactive strategies to address them 

  • Consolidate and qualify successes throughout the customer life cycle 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Technical Sales Specialists, PMs, CSMs, and Product Experts, to execute strategies and ensure customer success 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executive buyers 

  • Strong sales strategy development skills, particularly for increasing Annual Contract Value (ACV) 

  • Experience in contract renewals, upselling, and managing churn risks 

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams

  • Strong Relationships: Building and maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and executive buyers. 

  • Increased ACV: Consistently developing and executing sales strategies that lead to significant increases in Annual Contract Value (ACV) 

  • Effective Renewals and Upsells: Successfully managing contract renewals and expanding partnerships through upselling and point solution displacements 

  • Proactive Churn Management: Identifying potential churn risks early and implementing proactive strategies to retain customers 

  • Customer Alignment: Ensuring that the solutions provided align with the C-suite's priorities and deliver measurable value

This position can be located in St. John’s or Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (2 days a week in office), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates
