How you will create an impact:
This role is responsible for driving strategic growth with key broker partners at AIG through exceptional relationship building skills, deep product knowledge, and keen problem-solving abilities. This position has significant ability to influence our business at AIG; people come to you as a “go-to” source for help and support because of your deep knowledge and expertise of AIG’s products and services. As an experienced distribution team member, you are capable of driving continual improvement and impacting the way that things get done. Because of your influence, you can deliver powerful outcomes for our brokers & clients. The Territory Distribution Leader is primarily focused on, but not limited to, AIG’s commercial lines business.
