AIG underwriting teams help to find insurance solutions in areas including Financial Lines, Property, Casualty, Specialty Lines, Cyber, Multinational Clients, and High Net Worth individuals. We are reimagining how we help customers to manage risk, transforming our operating model, and reshaping our role responsibilities and career pathways. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG.

How you will create an impact

• Marketing, underwriting, and servicing of Financial Lines products
• Building and maintaining broker relationships
• Responsible for renewal retention, new business production and account rounding.
• Develop new business opportunities as well as develop cross-sell opportunities for other AIG divisions.
• P&L and portfolio analyzes.
• Product development and ability to discuss with international product development leader.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Candidate must have excellent analysis and interpersonal skills, as well as strong marketing and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and have the ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Previous insurance experience. Preferable with prior experience with FL underwriting.
• Advanced English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related courses
