As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for delivering services operation across wellsite in Brazil. You will primarily be responsible for the preparation, following the procedures and perform execution of coiled tubing and nitrogen operations to ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and safely to both the Client’s and Company’s satisfaction.

As a Coiled Tubing and Nitrogen Field Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Provides assistance to the Field Specialist and is capable in the operation of Baker Hughes equipment, monitors and records the progression of service and use of materials at the job site
• Works closely with clients and other Baker Hughes Personnel while effectively delivering world class coiled tubing and nitrogen services
• Coordinates with employees on site while performing the job and assuring compliance with customer and Baker Hughes safety requirements
• Assures that all Baker Hughes safety and operations policies and standard practices are adhered to
• Monitors and documents all maintenance on equipment or reports status to preclude unnecessary equipment down time
• Confers with the customer and Baker Hughes personnel to verify well data and offers recommendations
• Maintains an open and business-like relationship with the company representative
• Provides assistance in string welding.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will: 

• Have a Technical Degree in a related field
• Regular situation with the CFT or CREA
• Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
• Have experience motivating the team
• Be fluent in English (preferable) and Portuguese and excellent all-round communication skills
• Ability to weld strings desired
