As a Project Staff Manager you will be involved in all Global projects performance related activities:

• Acting as trusted advisor to customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
• Performing as interface between customer and internal business team, managing transfer of information and requests.
• Adhering to contract service, repairs and operations, performance specifications as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract
• Performing proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with minimal supervision
• Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior management with in the company
• Managing complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar courses
• Have MBA or other postgraduation in Business Administration, desired
• Have solid experience in Contract Management
• Hold an international Project Management certification PMI, IPMA, IPM or similar, focused on Agile methodologies, desired
• Able to work both alone and as part of a diverse cultural team
• Have people staff management skills
• Be able to work and communicate well with others
• Be fluent in Portuguese and English
