Job Description

The Visa Commercial Solutions Analyst will be focused on supporting deployment and management of B2B Vertical products, especially SMB and Visa Cargo. The Analyst will work with team members from Market and Regional teams to guarantee the implementation of new products and projects and analysis of portfolio performance to implement improvement plans with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support the establishment of a new and existing operating models for VCS products
  • Maintain reporting and dashboard templates to enable evaluation of key business metrics
  • Partner with local and regional product teams on tracking program/use case level reporting
  • Provide regular visibility to leadership on progress, action items, blockers, risks, and dependencies of projects in progress
  • Support to assess product opportunities (e.g., capabilities, rule changes, pricing) to solve for the identified client needs

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.                                                     

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications •2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) Preferred Qualifications 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) •Solution-oriented and great problem solver •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences •Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently •Experience in digital services/products development, implementation and management •Ability to manage and work well within complex, cross-functional teams. •Experience in Payment/Financial Services industry experience. •Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business tradeoffs, generate out-of-the-box solutions, manage uncertainty. •Technology mindset, curious, up-to-date with digital trends and applications •Verbal and written English
