Profissional irá prover orientações ao cliente sobre a utilização de diferentes produtos, ofertas e serviços. Realizará atendimento de chamados, tratamento e resolução de problemas, bem como encaminhamento de incidentes para o nível de suporte adequado. Além de desempenhar um papel fundamental na satisfação geral do cliente.

You are customer-focused – someone who prioritizes customer success in their work. And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Requirements:

• Experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of Field Service support.
• Availability to work on-site in Itajaí/SC.
• Flexible hours for standby duty.
• Completed or ongoing higher education.

Preferred:

• Experience in Field Service support.

Intermediate English proficiency
