Are you passionate about optimizing service operations and ensuring seamless catalogue management?
We are currently looking for a Client-Facing Catalogue Operations Manager with English language to be the authoritative owner of catalogue content once it transitions to steady-state operations. In this role, you'll act as the primary point of contact for all updates, changes, and enhancements to the Standard Service Catalogue, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Daily challenges
Serving as the go-to contact for clients regarding all catalogue-related matters;
Reviewing, assessing, and managing change requests to ensure accuracy and feasibility;
Planning and coordinating catalogue updates within the monthly maintenance cycle;
Working closely with internal delivery teams to research pricing, service details, and fulfillment;
Validating updates to ensure completeness and communicating changes to clients and internal teams;
Staying ahead of product updates and initiating necessary catalogue enhancements in collaboration with clients.
eXperience and skills required
Bachelor’s degree;
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (Request Fulfillment Manager or in a similar position is a plus);
Strong time management skills to handle peak workloads and tight deadlines;
Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and customer interaction;
Ability to analyze problems, work with business processes, and handle complex requests;
High-level planning and organizational abilities;
English language – both written and verbal.
