Daily challenges
- Supporting the development and execution of people strategies and initiatives.
- Managing people program and initiatives across the full people management spectrum.
- Working directly with senior leaders to coach them on separate actions or initiatives for sustaining a high-performance organization.
- Acting as an employee champion, values role model and culture steward.
eXperience and skills required
- Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 years in an international people partner role.
- Financial Acumen.
- Proven experience in HR program development and implementation. Very strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify actionable steps towards the desired outcome in highly ambiguous situations.
- Proficiency in talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Solid problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- A dedication to ongoing learning and keeping up with industry trends.
