Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving winning sales pursuits? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where collaboration and efficiency are key? If so, we’re looking for a Pursuit Manager with German to join our team and lead low-complexity deal pursuits from qualification to contract signature.

As a Global Service Pursuit Manager (GSPM), you will create an optimal pursuit environment where sales strategies and win themes are executed effectively. You’ll be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating pursuit activities while minimizing complexity, ensuring velocity, and maintaining alignment with Service Line (SL) agreements.If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, streamline processes, and drive business growth, this is the opportunity for you!

Daily challenges  

  • Owning the Pursuit Process – Managing pursuit planning, ensuring compliant and timely client submissions, and streamlining the process for efficiency;

  • Accelerating Deal Velocity – Applying a light-touch model to reduce overheads and drive faster, more effective execution of low-complexity deals;

  • Leveraging Best Practices – Identifying and applying standard bid collateral to maintain consistency and optimize results;

  • Optimizing Pursuit Metrics – Tracking key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and enhance pursuit success rates;

  • Collaborating Across Teams – Working closely with Vertical Leads, finance, and sales teams while mentoring NSSR teams within the Global Shared Services (GSS) framework;

  • Enhancing Responsiveness & Cost Efficiency – Refining models to reduce organizational dependencies, optimize costs, and improve agility.

eXperience and skills required

  • Bachelor's degree;

  • Fluent in German & English languages;

  • Agile mindset – Familiarity with Agile methodologies and principles;

  • Project Management Certified – Holds a recognized certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM);

  • Strong leadership & collaboration skills – Ability to engage stakeholders and build trust with clients;

  • Strong understanding of client business objectives and industry trends;

  • Adaptive project management skills to tailor strategies based on project size and complexity;

  • Flexibility to operate in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
