Description -
This position is part of CS EMEA Supply Chain Operations team and a key position for the HP on HP program. HP on HP program’s goal is to deliver support for HP employee and ensure HP employees have required PC equipment. CS EMEA Supply Chain PC department owns the PC com spare parts distribution, in EMEA, for support demand.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Ensuring on time shipments to customers
Replenishment of stock locations (target set up and follow up management on stock availability) • DHL operations/management (Transfer & units’ delivery)
OSSP operations/management (Repair & Refurb, scrap, parts availability, KPI management)
CS SC Reporting & follow up (Reporting, Remote Management Center, DHL/logistic partner)
Operational escalation management (re-repair, repair quality, costs, logistic delay, etc.)
Regional Product Lifecycle Management follow up (New Product Introduction, Last Time Buy)
Execution of unit priority management
E2E managing reconciliation, reimaging, Defective On Arrival processes
Key deliverables/accountabilities:
E2E regional operational management (Outsourced Service and Support Partner/ DHL/logistic partner DHL)
Flex KPI & performance monitoring (daily, weekly, monthly)
Corrective action planning and follow up
Daily performance & efficiency queries/decisions
Operating CS SC network planning and repair parts availability
Product Lifecycle Management (New Product Introduction, Last Time Buy)/ Remote Management Center management • Exception case management
Monthly Business Review/Quarterly Business Review participation preparation and support
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
Materials/engineering/logistics degree or equivalent experience
Typically, 3+ years of experience in a supply chain function (e.g. demand planning)
Typically, 0-2 years of direct or indirect people management experience
Other requirements:
Fluent English
Business Knowledge - Knowledge of Support operations, its critical success factors, strategic direction of our products, human and material resources Good analytical skills
Planning and Organization - Department basics, priorities, budgets, schedules, project mgt, business fundamentals, etc.

Excellent Communication skills
Leadership - Ability to communicate skillfully and get results through others, to think strategically, promote creative thinking and implement initiatives.
Independence and ability to work in a team. Ability to effectively interact and develop relationship with HP teams and external partners.
