The Logistics Operations account management provides strong expert support in the management of EMEA Whole unit logistics carrier operations. The carrier operation account management (OAM) is accountable of logistic carrier operational performance for pick and up and delivery of Whole unit in EMEA.
Responsible for handling complex logistics issues and escalations through analysis and strong follow-up with HP teams and logistics partners representatives (e. g. LGI, UPS, etc.).
The OAM will focus on knowledge gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes and drive deep-dive analyses to find a sustainable and effective solution.
Another important part of the OAM’s job is to be an active point of contact for HP motion performance representative and HP country performance representative.
Job specifics/responsibilities:
Operations
Provides weekly key performance indicator: collection, inbound and outbound logistic performance with narrative in case of deviation
Support narrative for E2E performance and SNPS
Manage logistics escalation
Be the entry point for logistics for CSM country support manager
Manage partner governance:
Daily and weekly call with partner to follow up on any operation deviation
Provide feedback for Monthly and quarterly business review
Manage Logistic Administration Center (LACE) process that impact logistics: Define clear business rule enabling seamless collection and delivery
Drives/Support new process integration making sure the activities are well structured and stabilized and proper governance process is in place.
Identifies and drives standardization and process improvements through analysis. Will be responsible for implementation of the process improvements.
Leads/Support with high degree of autonomy various projects and initiatives related to logistics activities or process improvements. Liaises with logistics partner and supply chain representatives and teams to drive investigations and initiatives.
Customer Satisfaction

Seek customer feedback and use it as an important guideline to propose optimizations in the work processes of the team.
Cultivate and maintain good relationship with stakeholders within the supply chain community, internal customers and various logistics counterparts.
