Daily challengesWe are looking for 24/7 Technical Support Engineers for Windows. As a Windows Technical Support Engineer you will be providing technical support in infrastructure services, responding to issues and assisting in tasks. Your daily challenge will be identifying and solving problems, working on complex incidents affecting thousands of users, defining, executing and implementing standardized changes. Work with the team to address infrastructure-related challenges and meet departmental needs. You will be working in an environment where fast, educated decisions may save the day, however quality and perfection are our major objective. Working remotely from Bulgaria you will be reaching customers from pole to pole.eXperience and skills required• Fluent in verbal & written English;
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience;• Practical experience administrating Windows Server 2012 and later versions;• At least basic experience troubleshooting Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, FRS, DFS, KMS…);• Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting;• Basic Networking knowledge (DMZ, Load balancers, NAT);• Experience in server virtualization technologies: Hyper-V, VMware ESX/ESXi and vCenter;• Ability to make hardware and software recommendations for particular cases during troubleshooting process;
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.Company benefits
