Registration, processing, compilation, and completion of claims according to established internal guidelines.
Approval of claims in accordance with established approval limits.
Preparing correspondence with clients.
Receiving incoming and making outgoing calls to clients through the national telephone line regarding information on insurance claims.

What you bring

Higher education would be an advantage.
Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
Computer literacy.
