What you do

Consult with the management and employees of the bank by providing legal opinions, advice, opinions, and recommendations for the lawful conduct of the Bank's activities
Provide opinions on credit transactions
Participate in the establishment of securities in favor of the Bank
Prepare and coordinates draft contracts
Carry out procedural representation
Perform other actions within the scope of the functional responsibilities of the Legal Department

What you bring

Completed higher education in Law
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of contract, commercial, or property law
Good level of English language proficiency - both written and verbal
Good computer skills
Previous work in a bank or financial institution is an advantage
Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT
