Job Description:

Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers university students the opportunity to join a leading IT company and gain invaluable experience through our Internship Program. Duration of the internship is 12 months. Hewlett Packard Enterprise offers you a highly dynamic, fast-paced, professional working environment and the chance to develop the skills you have gained at university in a real business environment. During your internship you will not only apply these skills in the IT industry, but also acquire a range of abilities to contribute to the business whilst working alongside industry professionals. Throughout the program, you'll have regular training and one-to-one meetings with your manager. Working together, you'll set goals and plot your development. And with our open-plan offices and friendly working culture, you'll have the chance to learn from senior managers who can help you in your future career.

What you’ll do:

Project Specialist - Intern for ONELead Program

ONELead is an internal HPE growth & incentive program designed for HPE customer-facing, non-sales employees to identify new business opportunities outside of the existing sales pipeline. These opportunities can then be submitted in the form of leads to the Sales Organization. When a submitted lead results in a successful deal, the lead submitter is incentivized with a bonus payment as recognition for their contribution to business growth.

The Project Specialist serves as a single point of contact for all participants in the program and is responsible for executing the end-to end operational process steps (from lead submission to reward payout). The Project Specialist aligns with the respective geo Program Lead and follows their guidance in implementing corrective action plans and growth ideas by applying subject matter expertise, proposing improvement ideas, analysing performance and trends.

 Job specifics/responsibilities:

  • Execute defined process steps and handle operational tasks in support of the ONELead program
  • Lead submission
  • Lead assignment
  • Opportunity management and closure
  • Reward payout
  • Follow-up with Sales and Delivery organizations to ensure lead quality and answer questions
  • Provide customized trends analysis and performance updates on geo/country level. Communicate business impact to geo stakeholders.
  • Prepare geo/country performance presentations
  • Support the geo Program Lead in communicating process changes, program news, and in executing their marketing strategy
  • Maintain an up-to-date geo ONELead SharePoint
  • Participate in organizing and delivering geo specific trainings to the eligible population
  • Keep up-to-date process documentation and work instructions
  • Schedule meetings, capture meeting minutes and track actions

What you’ll need:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments
  • Quickly learns new tools, processes, or responsibilities and remains flexible in a dynamic work environment
  • Friendy, easy-going character
