As we continue to grow, the Benelux Commercial business unit is seeking a cross-line Junior Underwriter to support our Liability and A&H Lines-of-Business (LoB).

In this role, you will learn to evaluate and analyze insurance applications across various lines of business, such as Accident & Health and General Liability, assessing risks and determining appropriate coverages.

Your responsibilities:

Develop and share your knowledge in Accident & Health and Commercial General Liability Insurance with your team.
Learn how to conduct technical risk assessments for both existing portfolios and new business opportunities.
Actively seek out new business opportunities in the market.
Collaborate closely with your team to develop and execute strategies across Accident & Health and General Liability business lines.
Monitor market trends and developments in coverage exposures.
Coordinate, follow up, and handle all administrative tasks related to customers and contacts.
Process data, analyze information, and consolidate findings to support accurate decision-making.

What are we looking for?

Minimum a bachelor’s degree in preferably law or economics;
Fluent in Dutch and English, with a professional level of French will come highly advantageous;
Attention to detail, service minded and structured way of working;
