Our Research and Development Innovation Centre in Brussels is the largest R&D center in Europe. With leading brands such as Ariel, Lenor, Downy, Fairy and Mr. Proper/Flash, it works continuously on the development and improvement of our products worldwide.

We are now looking for a Lab Assistant to join our R&D organization.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:

• Carrying out routine Laboratory Work to assist the Supervisor (i.e. keeping inventories running/up-to-date, wash tests, setting up or cleaning away experiments, disposal of waste, checking the storage conditions, calibration of equipment/materials, etc.);

• Running basic experiments according to qualified procedures;

• Generating data using standard and developmental methods that help to design our liquid laundry detergents for Europe;

• Knowing and applying specific Protection Measures linked to handling of Chemicals;

• Summarize Results of basic Experiments and communicate these results to colleagues.

Job Qualifications

YOU ARE THE RIGHT FIT IF YOU ARE/HAVE:

• Graduated from a Technical Secondary Degree in chemistry, technology, electro mechanics field or equivalent job experience.
• Good knowledge of English (both oral and written).
• Ability to collect, structure and communicate data efficiently via a digital dashboard and tools. Fluency in software like Word and Excel is a must;
• Hardworking learner, with a real passion for science, innovation and consumers;
• A good team spirit who is ready to work with different teams;
• Work autonomously with a hands-on approach and be comfortable to work with the team to execute tasks;
