About the Role

• You will develop, automate and maintain highly effective test cases during each sprint of the Agile life cycle in a continuous integration environment.

• Execute manual functional testing of features under development and document, investigate and communicate defects discovered during test execution.

• Design, build and improve automated tests, framework and tool sets as per design guidelines.

• Collaborate with scrum team to understand features, articulate problems and influence the design of our products, provide QA estimates and test status.

• Contribute to process improvements and refinement of QA practices to deliver high quality product from release to release.

• You will work directly with development, product managers and other SDETs to deliver high quality products.

About You

Do you get excited working on new enterprise SaaS applications? Come build out the newest addition to our highly successful Business Planning Cloud solution! The ideal candidate will have hands on testing, automation script development and technical experience, and the desire and ability to collaborate with a passionate team of engineers to build out our next generation cloud services platform.

You are always up for a new challenge and willing to dig your heels in to come up with the best ideas for our customers.  You work well in teams and trust in team discussion to drive toward optimal results. 

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in writing Selenium, RestAssured automation tests using Java and frameworks JUnit / TestNG.

• 5+ years experience with Gradle, Jenkins CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and AWS clusters.

• 5+ years experience working with Java framework.

• 5+ years in building test plans incorporating acceptance criteria and customer use cases exploring support questions and previously reported issues.

• Proven experience collaborating closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements, write stories, and build test strategy and timely work.

Other Qualifications:

• Experience working with .NET framework.

• Experience using JMeter.

• Scripting languages like Unix, Shell and Python
